Two ways to work with us
In our darkroom · Up to 8
Your group has the darkroom to itself, with our instructors working alongside your group. We plan the session around who’s coming: their age, experience, pace and what you want them to take away.
Everyone makes black-and-white prints by hand and takes them home.
Incursion + excursion
We bring our gear to your school or workplace and run a photography session on site. Optionally, we can continue the workshop in our darkroom after an off-site film photography session.

Instructors, chemistry, paper and safety gear are always included. Every program is quoted for your group, from $150 per person.

Plan your program

Send us the rough details. Who’s coming, how many, and when.

We design your program. You’ll get a plan and a quote within a couple of days.

Lock in your date. Pay a refundable deposit. Purchase orders or invoices welcome.
Do students need any experience?
None. We start from the basics and adjust to the group.
When can sessions run?
Most run on weekdays. We work around your timetable.
Do we need our own cameras?
No. We bring cameras and film for incursions, and supply everything in the darkroom.
Can you help with paperwork?
Yes: invoices, purchase orders and risk assessments / WWCC provided. Just ask when you enquire.
